You’ll find this small medieval town with its own Château de Gruyères perched up on a hill, high above the Saane Valley. For hundreds of years, the town was home to members of the nobility and royalty. These days, the guests at the Le Saint Georges are themselves treated like kings and queens. Delicious traditional dishes – which, of course, include the world-famous Gruyère cheese – take care of guests’ culinary wellbeing.
